Description
Handmade cup, thrown on a potters wheel with a slight hourglass shape that is comfortable to hold. The clay and glaze materials for these are entirely foraged in Northern California and minimally processed to allow the natural beauty to show through. Two glazes are layered together for this effect, the white glaze melts into the dark glaze during the firing, creating a cascade. Local rocks, clays and wood ash are used in each glaze. Approximately 3.5 tall and holds 7-8oz. Microwave safe, hand wash recommended.
